How can I order ?
Go to Baby Slings. click on the series you want. Click on the BUY IT button and fill up the Order Details form and click ORDER. Your order will be sent to us via email. We will send you an invoice within 48 hours stating total amount you need to pay including shipping charges.

For International Orders, we accept payment via Paypal and wired money via Western Union. Please let us know if you are making payment via Western Union as we need to supply you the details.
For Singapore Orders, you can send us the payment via Interbank Fund Transfer.

We shipped world wide. Purchases will be shipped via parcel post at the following shipping and handling charges:

How much are the shipping charges for Singapore Orders ?
FOC. Delivery within Singapore is Free of Charge. We will send the item via parcel post.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return it within 21 days. After item has been received, you will be refunded the full amount. All shipping charges are not refundable.

How long does shipment take ?
For International Orders, the shipment will take around 10-14 days. For Singapore Orders, the shipment will take around 3 working days. Please note that items will only be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Can the sling be used for newborn ?
Yes, the sling can be used for newborn till around 15 kg.

What positions can the sling be used to carry my baby ?
The slings can be used to carry your baby in 6 positions namely Cradle Hold Reclining, Cradle Hold, Kangaroo Carry, Snuggle Hold, Hip Straddle and Back Carry. For more details, go to Sling Instructions.
